Looking to connect with nature on a beautiful island? Well, I would advise against the Îles below, where each layer represents a steep change of 500m. This would make for very difficult hikes. To map these inhospitable versions of otherwise wonderful places, I gathered imagery from the USGS; retrieved and enhanced geographic data using QGIS/Illustrator/Blender; and made final adjustments in Photoshop.
